Mr. Coleman joins the company following his role as Chief Technology Officer at Erthos and previously as Chief Product Officer at SunPower. His extensive leadership experience includes senior roles at Tesla/SolarCity, Sunrun, Zola, and Zep Solar, where he consistently spearheaded the commercialization of transformative products and solutions to the renewable energy sector.

Under Mr. Arbitman’s guidance, Endurans successfully positioned the company for growth in the U.S. and laid a strong foundation for future success. Mr. Arbitman will remain with Endurans as an Advisor to the company’s Board of Directors.

- Multi-layer EPE encapsulant – best-in-class moisture resistance for enhanced protection for next generation cells, like TOPCon and HJT
